Fashion: New beginnings

Minimalist Blogger Budget: September

Hi Guys,

So this is my very first post of the minimalist-blogger budget series I mentioned before here.

I thought of starting this series in order to:

Save money

Limit impulse buying/emotional shopping

Be honest with myself

Have time for other things

My Budget:

£100 (set aside monthly)

Purchases:

Beauty:

Superdrug Revlon Foundation £9.99

Fashion:

Asos Trainers £16.99 + £3 Delivery

Primark Skirt £8

Primark Back-Pack £10

Primark Leggings £2.80

Primark socks £2

JUSTFab Boots £35

Gifted:
None

Outcome:

£100 – £87.78 = £12.22 (saved)

So all my fashion items were things that I bought mainly for working out. “Sports brands” working out clothes can be expensive and considering that I’m not training for the Olympics or anything I would rather buy things that are practical but still more within my budget.

Overall I only bought things that I actually needed and didn’t have in my wardrobe so I am very happy with my progress.

!function(doc,s,id){ var e, p; if(!doc.getElementById(id)) { e = doc.createElement(s); e.id = id; p = ‘//shopsensewidget.shopstyle.com/widget-script.js’; var cb = new Date().getTime(); p += ‘?cb=’ + cb; e.src = p; doc.body.appendChild(e); } if(typeof window.ss_shopsense === ‘object’){ if(doc.readyState === ‘complete’){ window.ss_shopsense.init(); } } }(document, ‘script’, ‘shopsensewidget-script’);

Hope you are all well and I will talk to you in my next post.
